A- I think the most powerful one is when he's laying down on the phone with his family. i think its powerful because it shows how he cares for his family but is still willing to serve for his country.

B- It shows like check points in his experience in the military.

C- The captions kinda tell you the main idea of the photo.

D- Basically he joins the military having to say goodbye to his family and his girlfriend. during the military he stats getting comfortable and on his first time going back home he talked to his girlfriend about getting married. when he went back he claimed that basic training was nothing like the real deal. throughout the time he was there he had some family issues. When Ian got home him and his fiance  officially got married.
